Hard drivers for Raid

I'm thinking of doing RAID 2 or 1+0 with the new computer I am buying. I need some advice on which to do here. In order to get to 3 terabytes I can go with:

Three 1TB Drives - RAID 1+0
Two 1.5TB Drives - RAID 2 (or RAID 1+0)?
Four 750GB Drives - RAID 1+0.

How would you do it and why?

Three 1TB drives. Simply because 1.5TB drives only have 32mb cache like the 1TB does, which means the cache is stretched more on the 1.5TB causing it to be a bit slower.

The only reason i wouldn't choose 4x 750GB is because it would take up room, power and heat up the case a bit i expect.

Also 3X 1TB drives would be a fair bit cheaper than the other two methods.
