I need a program that can check my hdd for errors.

Anybody know of a good program?

Thanks again Cromewell. I took your advise and checked my memory with the program that you suggested. I left to run for 2 hours and no error came up. I guess the BSOD is not caused by the RAM. Sorry i didn't

gona check the hdd to see if there are any errors now.

The hard drive is also fine according to the chkdsk, atleast nothing show up

what else could be causing the BSOD problem?

Here is another thing i noticed, it always happened when i select a file that is downloading in Bt or other programs.

Any other ideas?

Theres a program called FDisk or something like that. It's some letter followed by the word 'disk'.

fdisk is an old DOS partitioning tool.

Do you know what stop error you are getting? They are usually caused by RAM or driver problems but there are other causes.

No idea. the blue screen comes up so fast that i can't even see what it says.
