Hardware-Assisted Virtualization

I'd like to run Windows XP Mode to try and get rid of some of the driver compatibility issues I'm having with Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

I'm running an Athlon 64 processor and I guess I don't have HAV?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
It's possible that Windows 7 doesn't support the hardware in your system. Need to either update components with the issue, or get a new system.
 
I tried to load some OS that supported Virtualization and it gave me problems on my old 939 board. HOWEVER, I know the Athlon is capable of running 64bit VMs on a 32bit host OS or vise-versa (it has a name for the feature, but I forget exactly what it is).
