i have a biostar motherboard that supports up to 533 front side bus and a celeron 2.66 that runs at 533 front side bus. the only oc options i have in bios is to change the 133 bit like in 20x133. i changed it to 20x135 and my voltages even out and were solid and my temp readings went down about 4 degrees celcius. so far so good, the only thing that worries me is that when i did that my front side bus went up to 540. i dont want to fry the motherboard cause i cant afford to replace it. so what do you think?

The 133 you are talking about IS the FSB....533 mhz is the bus speed... what did you think will happen if you raise the FSB ???

most likely fry it it would guess. i did it and booted up into winxp and it ran good and stable. motherboard upgrade time i reckon.

i cant adjust the votage or the multiplier on this board. the only thing i can change is the front side bus.

the only setting in the bios that deals with the voltage is a setting for either + or 0 0.25% i believe and that is what its set to right now i can disable that though. what do you think?
