i downloaded utorrent,power iso,and winrar tried to download a game didnt work gave me a virus my virus protection cleaned it out but know its running a little slow and it blocks some sites only some times what is that and what can i do to fix it
 
Posting about torrenting games is strictly forbidden according to the forum rules, please have a look at them.

oh and i AVG anti virus 2012 is that a good one thanks
 
Besides being illegal and against forum policy, torrenting like you mentioned opens you up to all sorts of nasty infections that you do not want to have to deal with. Far to many nasty people out there looking for a sucker to drop their dirty viruses on.

Familiarize yourself with the rules though and you will learn a lot here.
