I have a cd-drive problem. It will not open and the power light for the cd-drive wont go on. I put a comp together and it is working fine except for the cd drive wont work. I checked the power and it is not that. It is not the actual cd-drive either i tried about 5 different ones. PLEASE help me!

Sounds like you have a bad power molex connector if you tried 5 different drives. Try another power connector if you have one. If they are cheap connectors, sometimes one of the prongs can get pushed back up into it.
