Just curious. I have a Motorola ATRIX 4G MB860 android. Works well. Spending a $100 or $150 more to upgrade is not a problem. Keeping mine is not an issue.
If i did upgrade then the question is why. My service is with AT&T. Got to admit. These cell phones are about as good as a computer i think. Does everything but the dishes.
 
If you have no issues with the phone and are happy with it, then why upgrade at this time? The reasons for upgrading would be bigger screen, lighter, more battery life, etc... I would go with an HTC or Samsung product if you decide to. The Samsung S4 will be out soon.
