have you use Caviar Green technology HDD from western digital?

how is it compare to a 7200rpm?

green caviar says the rpm is varie.

Yeah I believe what the means is when its idle (aka your not using it) it will slow to a lower RPM then when you use it will speed back up to the 7200RPM. Thus saving power and being "green"

Not 100% sure as I never used one.
