So I bought a 32" TV for my desktop and I hooked it up and got "No signal" so I did the nVidia thing to do a rigorous check and it found the TV, but it will only let it get up to 1024 for the resolution and is just a black screen. No matter what resolution I set it to, nothing happens on VGA. So I switched to HDMI and get the "No signal" again. I know the TV works because I'm watching TV on it, and I know my graphics card isn't busted because I can still use my primary monitor.
I was wondering, is it possible for my nVidia Gefore 9500 GT to be unable to even recognize my 32" 1080P TV? If so, what would be the cheapest upgrade?
