having to monitors together

hey i was wundering how u would have to monitors connected to ur pc. wot graphic card would u need and what is the name of the cable. and how would u go by doing this

Well I have my dual monitor setup with my video card which has both a DVI and VGA out. You just need a card with two outputs or you could use two different video cards.
