I have problems opening some of my e-mails. It's fine you get a e-mail, and it says please click here to view. But when you don't have the option how do you get around it. I'm using Windows XP.
The only time you should be getting that message is if outlook express is not closing correctly. Do you shut your computer down correctly by clicking on start, turn off computer and then shutdown?
