please someone help my keyboard is typing weird. this text was copied from AOL email which is the only text that works right. the text under it will be typed in the box on this site. it will say the same thing

Have you tried using a different keyboard? The problem may also be caused by a virus, since i've seen many people here that have the same problem, so i would download AVG Free (or similar) and scan for viruses.
 
and also try checking the ps2 cable
make sure it's connected well
unplug it and then plug it in again.
 
its wireless and works off USB. the problem seems to be gone now, but while it was happening, AVG was scanning. didnt find anything
 
Since it's wireless, I would say that the problem is being caused by a poor signal from they keyboard to the receiver, causing keys to be missed or interpreted as other keystrokes. Make sure the keyboard is close the the receiver, and that nothing is blocking the sight (especially if it's infrared).
