Is there a good program out there to Convert 240p to 720p or 1080p.
I have tried the free version and it doesnt work, even when people comments on youtube says it works. LOL
That put fears in me if I decide to buy a converting program.
Converting 240p to 720p or 1080p is going to look awful because you would just be stretching the pixels and not actually increasing the quality. You can go down in resolution but not up.
If it's 240p then it probably needs to stay at 240p!
