HD files recovery | Plz help me

Hi, today I installed Ubuntu 11.4 on my computer, and wile installing the setup asked me if I wanted that option to "use" it with windows. And I chose that option, but it seems that it has formatted the PC and uninstalled the Windows. ;( Is there any way to change back the PC with all the fyles i had before Ubuntu ?? something like data recovery??

(I apologize if this is not the place for my problem, and for my english)
Plz help me
 
When you boot up, does the GRUB menu only give you a option to boot into Ubuntu?
If so, try typing
sudo update-grub
into a terminal. It should then list+update all the partitions, including windows. If it does say windows in there somewhere, good news. Reboot and you'll be able to boot into windows. If not, try to see if you can access your files through linux. If so, you can backup everything from linux.
