HD Help Please...

I have just installed a secondary hard drive (SATA Seagate ST380815AS 80GB originally used as a primary HD in another computer), but it is only registering 16.4 GB.

What can i do?

What's it show up as in the bios? How about computer management? (Rightclick My Computer, Manage, Disk Management)

Thankyou for your help, the rest was un-partitioned, i just partitioned it.
