HDD info software

Does anyone have an ideas for software that I can use that will tell me information about my HDD's. I didn't build my computer and I'm not sure how my HDD are set up (Sata etc). Any ideas would be apprecialted along with links if possible. Many thanks

Or, if you simply go to my computer, right click on your drive and proporties, it should tell you what model your hard drive(s) are. Google will help from there
