HDMI DVI Problem

my computer is set to my television witch is a Mirai TV (flat screen) via an HDMI DVI chapel.
its been working really well after a year , and now it sais that my tv has no signal to my computer , i have tryed to buy a new HDMI DVI cable but still sais the same thing , now im afraid to spend more money on a new grafic card and find out that its my tv that is broken behind ,


is there anyone who has any suggestions on how I ka get it to work?
 
is the hdmi side connected to your tv or to the gpu and what gpu do you have?

try the tv with another hdmi device and try a different monitor/tv on your gpu (using the same port you are using for the tv).

try a different port on the gpu.

you could try going from a dvi connection on your gpu to an rgb one on your tv (assuming it has one). an adapter should be cheap.
