Headsets for the PC

Hey, I am currently looking for a good wireless headset. Right now I am looking at Turtle Beach, but the reviews are a bit sketchy for the most part. I know them, along with Logitech, seem to be some of the best headsets to purchase. Anyone have any good suggestions? My Price range is no more than $200 for the headsets. Thank you.

Can't really go wrong with Turtle Beach. There is a reason why they are one of the leading manufacturers in headsets. Cause they're simply awesome. I personally own the The Turtle Beach Call of Duty: MW3 Ear Force Bravo Limited Edition. They are fully-programmable to enhance your game play. I just checked their site for the price and its around the same price I paid for mine at $179.95

If you don't need all of the extra features of the gaming headsets you can just get a good pair of headphones and a desktop mic.

If not I know that there are some new turtle beach headsets that are wireless and come out soon.

Hey I can personally say Turtle Beaches are definitely great. But I do suggest NOT purchasing a wireless headset, as they munch through batteries and tbh it's not worth it.
Get the Turtle Beach X12's they are very, very good for their price (they are $90 NZ). Probably 50 or so USD. Trust me you won't regret it. Also if you play xbox they are compatible with that as well.

After going through many headsets at the $75+ range, I have learned that if you plan on using them often that it would be better to 1.) Not get USB headsets and 2.) Get headphones and the microphone separate. The quality of the headphones both in durability and sound will be far better and be much more worth your money that getting a headset. And the microphone quality will be better as well.

This is just my personal feeling on it as I've bought headsets like my Razer one from a few years ago, where the sound is great, but the microphone was crappy, or the logitech where the sound is crappy but the microphone was great, etc...
