Heart Bleed virus

I haven't seen much discussion about this threat on this forum. Should I change all of my passwords, or should I wait? Is there a way to tell if my computer has been affected?

It is an issue with OpenSSL, when the affected websites update their code, then you need to go in and change your passwords... after they fix it.

It's basically not your computer, its the website itself.
Although most would certainly target servers, the bug works both ways - you could just as well set up a malicious server that exploits a vulnerable client in the same way. Much harder to do in practice since you would need some way to get people to connect to your server, though, and client machines often have less interesting goodies hanging around.

It's basically not your computer, its the website itself. Unfortunately the website that had the very long list of sites that were affected can't be accessed at this time. But here is a link with a link to the not working page that has the long list or I should say did.

Here's another website with a working tool for checking to see if other https websites are vulnerable or not: https://lastpass.com/heartbleed/
