Heat from monitors

Just bought a second monitor and I notice the temp around my desk go way up. I didn't realize they gave off that much heat, is there any thing to do to reduce this heat, not sure how maybe a different setting. Just asking I don't see any reasonable way to do it.
 
Are they LCD or LED? If they're LCD then that's normal especially after being on for a while. I guess the only way to divert the heat would be get a fan. Or you could sell them and get LED, they run a lot cooler. I got an ASUS LED and compared to my LG LCD it's a lot brighter and cooler.

yeah, using 2 monitors from now on... (2 led's)
But my gpu temps are went from 39°C idle to 48°C idle, but when I'm gaming temps are the same as with 1 monitor. Weird :P
