heat sinks

well ive decided im going to finely upgrade my heat sinks especially since my cpu cooler is from a stock p4 computer lol but i found these on new egg and i was wondering what you guys think of them...i don't have alot of money to spend and i don't care how loud it is so if u can think of a better suggestion for heat sinks then please post it but here are the ones i found

2 very nice cooling sollutions there , a bit of nice TIM like MX 2 on there and youll drop those temps right down. You can obviously drop a silent nice big fan of your choice on top.
