Heatsink for Core 2 Duo E6400

Hi folks, i'm new to all this so listen hard whilst I speak really slowly :D . Building my first setup and have opted for the core 2 duo E6400, then my mate tells me I should get a heatsink for it! Can any socket 775 heatsink + fan fit this are there specific ones for this CPU?

Any socket 775 will work, but I would make sure it has room around it on the motherboard, as some heatsinks are so big they may hit other things on the motherboard.

As for a specific heatsink, I have a Thermaltake Big Typhoon and it works great.
