it comes with the thermal compound? is the compound good quality or should i buy the artic silver 5 compound? anymore suggestions?

CoolerMaster V6GT is good, i think it's around $65

I would say go for the Noctua NH-D14. It is a beast of a cooler. This is what I have and it keeps my i7 920 in the lower 30's at idle at stock settings. At 4.2, it idles in the lower 40's.
