Heatsink that wont hit my ram

Try looking at some Zalman coolers, most of them are very space efficient, but make sure you get the newer ones with heatpipes if you want to buy one

Most tower skinny tower heatsinks would fit. You can also probably loosen the screws and tilt the heatpipe and heatsink away from your CPU heatsink.

Given how narrow it is, it would help if you actually measured the distance from the center of your CPU slot to to the edge of your RAM. It looks like even a stock HSF would be cutting it close.

Those high Memory heatshield are a pain on a AMD system because they put the memory slots so close the the CPU bracket. If I plan on using a aftermarket heatsink I just dont buy memory with the taller shields. Most of the aftermarket heatsinks I use just barely clears the standard memory shields.

If you just have two sticks you can just move them over to the other two slots. Wont make any difference.

Would lose dual channel then, what would be the loss noticeable or no?

Not really, dual channel means that the RAM is working in pairs. If you have it in the other two, as long as you have them in the right slots (paired together, most slots are color-coded for dual channel), as StrangleHold said, it won't make a difference.

This is more of a post of what not to buy btw, i have that same ram and i have a TT120, it does not clear the RAMs heatspreaders so avoid that. It looks too close for the TT120.
