Heatsink

Hey guys i have the stock intel heatsink with my comp and am thinkin about upgrading it as long as the price tag isn't to hefty the Heatsink i was lookin at the coolermaster series i really don't know what else there is really out there i am deciding on whether to get the :

or even better if anyone knows of better heatsinks by all means let me know...thanks
 
I don't really have a price max i guess realistic pricing would be considered i wouldn't pay like 500 for a fan but i guess 100 would be the max i figure why get half decent stuff when for a few extra bucks u can get the best and make sure its long lasting...i dunno does that help...also do u know if i can hook up a liquid cooling system in my case?
