hello
I have this horrible virus called Trojan.Virtumonde
it has completely taken run of my computer. i have used spyware doctor to search for it but nothing has come up i have also used AVG to scan my whole computer but nothing has been found it has blocked heaps of websites so i can't download anything like Spybot search and destroy, Hijack this its really horrible
please help!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

OK, so anyway, wait for the experts to arrive and give some better advice but if you can get all your files backed up, great, Virtumonde is a really nasty piece of work and I'd recommend reformatting and a fresh reinstall.
 
If you're really in that deep crap, if you have the installation CD, back up all your stuff, reformat and reinstall. What computer do you have? I would think it'd have some kind of recovery partition that would wipe the HD clean and restore the rig back to factory defaults. It's probably going to take more work that just a fresh reinstall to save and clean up your current installation; Vundo is one of the most notorious viruses out there.
 
As said above, boot up in safe mode (press F8 when windows is loading) and select with networking, then do the following:

If after that you are still infected, please post a Hijackthis log. To post a Hijackthis log, please do the following:
Click Here to download HJTsetup.exe


* Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
* Double click on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
* By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.
* Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Additional Tasks dialogue.
* Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again.
* Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
* At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch Hijack This.
* Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button. It will scan and then ask you to save the log.
* Click Save to save the log file and then the log will open in notepad.
* Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
* DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.


We will look at your log as soon as we see it, and give you further instructions on how to fix your computer. Most of the time it will involve downloading more programs that will either give us logs to locate the malware or delete those malware.

Once you have posted a HJT Thread DO NOT make any changes to your PC unless the advisor helping you has instructed you to do so!

it took a lot of tinkering and ALOT of time but i got rid of the problem it had something to do with asiuoqgusdbaksd.com< its gay if you ever get this virus i have some help!!!
Use Google to download Malwarebytes get it however u can! it completely removes it!

Yeah, it may remove it but some things can be there in the backround, pls follow the hijackthis instructions above! and then we can see if it completely gone!
