Hello all! Need windows XP help

I just started a new job and the person before me set a password for admin account and has left only a limited account without a password. I have a windows xp disc, is there anyway to reset the admin password without reinstalling windows? My boss asked me to try to do this so this computer can be used. And I'm not sure if the CD rom is functional in the limited account. maybe a safe mode work around?

Google how to remove windows password. However, the network admin should be able to remove the password easily.
 
thanks for the response, there isn't a network admin. this place has no idea how to use computers except for the programs they use. I did google that but I only found places that want me to download something. I don't want to put them at risk any more then they are. I mean they only use Microsoft essentials as a anti virus.
I really am trying to help them. I am not trying to do anything illegal. I have been posting here for awhile.

I know you have been a member here for some time. However, the procedure used is called hacking a pc and that is against our rules. All we can tell members is to google search on how to remove windows password. There are many ways to do it.
