Hello, I'm having trouble starting up my acer aspire 6920. I turn it on and the Microsoft corporation loading screen comes up for about 30 seconds. Then that goes blank Then I'm left with two options "Launch Startup repair (recommended)" or Start "Windows Normally" I select ""Launch Startup repair (recommended)" it goes blank for about another 30 seconds or so, then ga "Startup repair screen" comes up and says "Attempting repairs this may take a few hours. After that sometimes it says "We cannot fix the problem" or it just goes into all this other gibberish with a black screen with all these weird codes and stuff. Sometimes different things happen when I try and turn it on by most of the time this happens. I've tried starting it in safe mode but that same gibberish comes up and nothing really happens it just stays there for hours. I need help please!!!!
PS. I did install a service pack then it restarted automically now I can't get back on it. Also I was never given a restore disk with the computer is there another way of fixing this problem?
