Fairly nice rig, but you're missing a part. PSU, or power supply. Yes, the case comes with one, but long story short, never use it for anything. Ever. If its a matter of money, your CPU comes with a cooler and the additional Antec is optional and only recommended if you would be doing overclocking.

The rest looks good, I would go with a Phenom x3 at least but the fact you chose socket AM3 is good enough. 2 gigs is a little low if this is a gaming jib, but once again, there is plenty of room to upgrade in the future.

Oh, and you should go with an SATA dvd drive, slightly faster, very little price difference, and no fat IDE to deal with.

Do you have a Windows installation disk? All the parts Mihir recommended look good but hardware without software won't do you much good.

The RAM indeed is not that good but I had your budget to keep up with so..

i got no mobo i realized...

you got any with Mobo and case combo that supports am3 socket with ddr3 ram?

my buget is 600 w/monitor but i add on 30 for keyboard and mouse but i can spike to 640
650 really about now its the saving game so...
