Help Adding USB 2.0 ports to my Desktop

I want to add a few USB 2.0 ports to the front of my desktop computer. I have an empty bay I would like to use. My price limit is around $15. Suggestions from anyone would be helpful.

Edit: This component looks decent. Any thoughts or other suggestions?

You may want to check eBay. They might have a few good cheap deals.

Just be sure you have an internal USB on the motherboard for it to plug into.
