Help/Advice on budget

Well after alot of research I think this would be the best choice, now I know the processor is not the best however, I can always buy one off newegg later or if the performance is not what i want it to be. However the rest of the parts are great for the budget.

400/420max, have optical its old but it works, and windows seven, oh yeah and an old case w/ 1 80mm fan i can possibly use it but my p4 overheated in it. however it was laying down.

If you decide to stick with the single core... But, with that motherboard you have a chance at unlocking the single into a dual core.

yeah definately a good build in the 300 dollar range, however i think with the 4850 its much better for the 400 dollar range, however i still may go that route and get a decent monitor i love the 23 inch i have now.

You could sub out the 5670 for an HD 4850 you can pick one up on ebay for around $60
