Help Adware problem!

i ran a spyware scan on my computer and delated my spyware. now every time i turn on my computer i get a run .dll error called ucmtsaie.dll.
please help me get this off there thanks

It's probably just an orphaned registry entry, run a registry cleaner.

u havnt deleted the spywere setup and boot.ini
