Windows 7 help all programs stopped working and BSOD keeps appearing

Hello everyone :)

i've got a really complicated issue whenever i turn on my laptop all softwares stop responding and the menu tab freezes after a while the BSOD appears and restarts everything the problem is i can't use the menu tab to solve the blue screen or go on safe mode is there any way to solve this ?

PS : i've got a probook 6360b and i am using windows 7​
