Help - Antivirus Live

Some how, my computer has been infected with Antivirus Live. I've been looking all over the internet for a solution and a lot of them say to download Spyware Doctor or Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. I have managed to download these, however I don't understand how I am suppose to use them to scan the computer because Antivirus Live blocks all programs.

There are also errors which say 'Run-Time Error 0' and 'Run-Time Error 4400'

If I start the computer and quickly try and open Spyware Doctor, a new program does come up, but I can't seem to do anything on it. There's a button which says 'Start Scan', but the program won't work. It says 'System Status: Checking..'

Can someone please help me or let me know of a different method to remove the virus!
 
Try booting to safe mode and then run malwarebytes. If that don't work then i'll llink you to a program to run that should work.
 
Thanks, I've managed to get rid of it now. I booted it in safe mode and was then able to run the appropriate scan.
 
You still may have hidden infections. You can post a hijackthis log so I can look it over and recommend anything.
