HELP BSOD including error msg

ok my comp keeps crashing at random times, there's no pattern. There's no viruses, cos i just formatted it to make sure of that.
there is also no overclocking .
normaly it just crashes but this time i got a BSOD heres the MSG

Bug Check code usually pointing at a bad_pool_header. But the sysdata.xml entry seen in the memory dump points at NVidia drivers/software. You are probably going to need a newer version of that for the video card in order to see that cleaned up.
