Does anybody here suggest that i get an anti-static wrist strap? The site that Twix posted says:

Before unpacking your components from its original anti-static bags you must put on your anti-static wrist strap, which will discharge your self. It is important that you discharge yourself or there is a danger that you can damage your components by anti-static shock by touching the components.

I dont wanna ruin any of my parts. So should i get one?

Naw, don't bother. Just make sure you touch your case frequently to discharge the static electricity.

The motherboard manual will have the install process with it. Take your time if you get stressed go away and have a brew. I found building my dual processor socket monster was better when I installed the processors without the coolers before placing the motherboard in the case. Put the PSU in last as the wires will drive you mad. Anything you think will get in your way put it in last but don't build it all outside the case and expect to fit the motherboard will graphics cards installed into the case. Don't switch on till you have tripple checked it over.
