help, building a computer?

alrighty. so heres the deal. my brother wants to build a new computer.
he just needs the tower and he wants it for mostly music, messenger and internet. no gaming or anything too consuming. he has a price limit of 200 and needs everything for the tower. what are some of the best motherboards, drives ect. to go with? thanks alot for the feedback. oh. by the way, he's really wanting a clear case with neon lights.

If you want anything fairly current, your brother will need a larger budget than just $200...

if his demands are low, I'd go with a "retail" box, I've seen alot of good deals allover for the tower

Good luck getting anything for a budget of $200, you might be able to get a computer that can run internet but thats it.
