Hello, I'm a hardcore gamer, who is looking into entering tournaments soon, but i cannot do so till i upgrade my old dell dimension 82000 computer (they don't even make it anymore). I do know a lot about computers in area's like web design, manual virus removal, tweaking advanced computer settings, gaming accesories, using and building gaming scripts, etc.......
However an area i am a complete and utter nooblet to is computer hardware.
I literally no basically nothing , but i would like to change that.
If you could just provide me with a list of definitons, good companies (basically what to buy)etc.... i would really appreciate it
Again i am a complete noob, so if you could not overflow me with information about advanced things without telling me about them, i would be grateful.
I have a budget of about $1,000 so please try not to tell me about things i have no chance of affording
