Help building a PC

I am designer and am supposed to us softwares like photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe light room, corel draw, etc
these software make my current pc very slow
I would like recommendations on how to build a better pc for such a task

Answer to OP:

The best you can do for media editing is a quad core i7 processor from Intel. Best pair that with 8-16GB of RAM that has a speed of 1866MHz or higher. It'll help slightly when rendering. Pair these two with a 1080p GPU (GTX 750ti/R9 270 or better).

Also, an SSD might be helpful to open files faster so you can get started on your project timelines.
