does the case come with the spacers you screw in the case so your board dosnt touch the case?

Yes, cases come with standoffs so the motherboard doesn't short out on the case.

Yes, the standoffs should come with the case. Pretty much everything you need will be included with the parts when your purchase them. Only exception is a phillips head screwdriver.

Also, you mentioned you need a wireless adapter, so don't forget one of those. It does have Ethernet, just not WiFi.
