Help Building Gaming PC

I really only want to spend between 600 and 700 dollars and be able to play news games like TOR and what not on a good setting with great framerates. I'd prefer to just build it, and if anyone could help me that would be great. Thanks.
 
Idk about other parts, but consider an i5-2500k processor as it can be overclocked and runs games very fast.
 
i5 2500k - $220
Motherboard - $100-150
Power supply - $70-90
RAM - $30
Hard drive - $90
Case - $50-100
Windows 7 - $100

$660-780 without a video card.

Just a rough estimate of what it would cost. (I'm trying to study but distracting myself with this, no time to look up specifics..) I would say go the AMD route and get a better video card rather than getting the expensive CPU and choosing a lower video card.
