HeLp building PC (for the first time)

I was hoping someone could give me some reconmendations on what hard ware i could buy. my buget is only 700$ and i would like alot memory and a cheaper cpu so i wount feel bad if i swap it once i get a little more case. I dont need a crazy video card but i would like at least 128MB dedicated. I was hoping u guys could help me out with the rest

id say get and amd for your price prob an x2 am2 socket

Leaves you with 60-70 bucks for a case and I dont know if you need a DVD writer, more if you dont need all that PSU.
