HELP! Can't delete mpg file

just downloaded an mpg file, and it seems to be corrupted.

1. delete button does not show up upon right-clicking on the file. i get all other options such as: send to, open with, etc...

2. it can't be deleted using the delete button on the keyboard.

3. it cant be opened using note pad, it says access is denied...

HELP me!!

Have you tried deleting the file in Safe Mode?

If yes, then you could always try a program like 'Move On Boot' (http://www.softwarepatch.com/software/moveonboot.html) to delete it during the Windows startup sequence automatically.
