Help!!!!cant delete programs

i tried to uninstall a program using using the add/remove program manager in control panel but now there is a bunch of new stuff that i have no idea what it is and its blank on the right side it does not give me the option to remove/uninstall ....ill post a screenshot to show you what im talking about..
ive never seen this before and i dont know what to do
someone please help

Run a spybot and a malwarebytes scan and see if its spy/ad ware.

That looks pretty intrusive. I second running the virus and spyware utilities.
