Help, Case fans question

I got this gigabyte 3d aurora case and i realised afterwards that i forgot to power the fan in the front which i cant see. the case comes with 3 fans, 2 in the back and 1 hidden in the front. so is it necessary that i power it and turn it on? heres a pic of it http://www.bjorn3d.com/read.php?cID=810.

It depends what kind of airflow you need. If you don't have the fan connected you're losing out on some intake but it's not going to hurt anything.
