help , chinese taking over

please help me with this chinese navigation i have all the time, its chiense writing up on my internet toolbar and keeps loading up chinese pages and also restarting my pc, i try go safe mode to deal with it and comp will not enter safe mode it jus reboots before it gets there please help

i was gonna look at it but you need a language codec thats probly what you downloaded

have you try this?
IE-open a random page-tools-shortcut key(A) (coz My system language is not English I dont know the exact words) and ban all of them.

you may have to use some chinese anti-Rogue software to solve the problem.

I am thinking about why this site to hijack your IE.

A chinese software called "supper rabbit" has the ability to solve the problem.
