Help choosing a motherboard for Gaming

Hi,

I'm willing to buy a new computer soon.
I search for the right motherboard for my system.
CPU: Intel Ivy Bridge Core i5 3570K Socket 1155 6MB 3.4Ghz Tray
Graphic Card: Sapphire HD7850 OC 2GB GDDR5
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

I'm not going to do OverClocking. only the graphic card is OC.

What MotherBoard works the best with this ingredients?

The Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H or the GA-Z77X-UD3H would both be great choices for a setup like that.

I asked about it in another forum.
Someone told me that if I'll buy the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H, the graphic card will block some of the SATA connectors (physical).
What about ASRock Z77 Extreme4?

Graphics card shouldn't block the SATA ports on the D3H, they're right-angled ports aren't they? They face outwards?
