Help choosing a Power Supply

I assume you're not going to be using two cards.

I would get a 550w unit for that system. Get it from a brand like Antec, corsair, silverstone, seasonic, PC power and cooling, or xfx. All PSUs will fit those components.

If you just using onboard video. What claptonman said is correct. The power supplies in his links will work fine. or either of these two included.
