Help choosing a projector!

I'm looking for a home theater projector (~1500$ range or less) for my pool house. The building is about the size of a large living room, and there are a lot windows.

The main thing I've found, is that I probably want something that's pretty bright, a lot of lumens (is 3000 necessary?). I picked out two I thought might work, but since there are so many, I really don't know where to start, but I've been looking at some reviews on cnet.

My 2 cents ? i'd go with the Mitsubishi one, personally cause i just don't like Dells and when you look at the review it says all, bulky, heats up fast.....

* For a decent projector, I'd highly recommend a Panasonic PT-AX200U.

* If you have a bit more money to spend for 1080p, the Panasonic PT-AE2000U is awesome.

My AX200U worked flawlessly, and only got replaced in an upgrade to the AE2000U and 1080p. I absolutely love the HD picture on my 120" bedroom screen!
