Help Choosing Graphics Card ?!?!

Hey,,,
I Need help chosing a GREAT graphics card .... no pci express ..coz my mb isnt pci express....
Its for A LOT OF GAMING ,photoshoping,video........
so coz some games have wicked graphics i thought 256MB 6600 GT nVIDIA GeForce would be good .... (and i think i've got the money for that)
any suggestions ?
 
Since he suggested a 6600 GT is roughly in his price range a 7800 will be way to expensive and it is PCIe only at this point, and will probably always be PCIe only
